Unblock bottlenecks, prioritize according to user needs and business goals.Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate work groups to ensure they’re met. + **Discovery** --- Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-integrate perspective. + **Ideation** --- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans. Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation. + **Stakeholder communication** --- Listen to feedback from sales, care, and customers, communicate timelines and scopes clearly.
