As Senior Product Manager of our digital engagement platform, you will lead the strategy and execution for our mission-critical set of technologies supporting key program outcomes, in close coordination with Stand Together community organizations, the A250 program team, and key technology partners. You will work directly with a diverse coalition of world-class partners across philanthropy, film and media, music, entertainment, education, and community sectors – and supporting creative agencies and technology integrators – the user experience and underlying tech components are fully integrated and aligned to drive the success of this national movement.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience setting strategy and driving delivery on complex technology programs/projects across owned, bespoke, and third-party platforms – and a passion for deploying that experience in service to the principles that underpin our American Identity and human progress more generally.How You Will ContributeLead product development for the Engagement Platform ecosystem by articulating the platform vision, prioritizing the roadmap, and developing a launch plan aligned with the overall objectives and other critical tentpole investments of the A250 program.Integrate platform resources, systems, and partnerships to ensure timely execution leading up to, during, and beyond America’s 250th anniversary on July 4, 2026.Partner with key program executives, program office team, and technology partners to identify and drive decisions on critical platform build, integration, and launch milestones.Establish and manage the platform’s delivery and reporting cadence, including oversight of vendor-led workflows, timelines, program-level reporting and coordination, and key steering / governance objectives.Ensure the engagement platform broadly and all constituent technologies remain aligned with the Movement’s objectives, stage gates, timelines, and success metrics.Collaborate with Stand Together leadership (including technology),key initiative leaders, the broader A250 team, and external partners including consultants, creative agencies, and technology partners.Oversee stewardship of A250’s engagement ecosystem, ensuring responsible management of the platform heading into A250 and for 7-10 years beyond, including the overall user experience, technology assets, and vendor relationships.Ensure appropriate data is integrated into Stand Together’s existing enterprise data landscape, and that platform technology is aligned to Stand Together’s existing capabilities where possible to simplify the transition from partner development to Stand Together’s Enterprise IT organization.What You Will BringDeep alignment with the Principles of Human Progress—especially self-actualization, mutual benefit, and bottom-up change.
