The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving the alignment of business and product strategies across a designated portfolio of products. This role leads a team of product managers, guiding them to execute key initiatives and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and development to maintenance and rationalization—while serving as a key liaison across internal departments and external partners. This position plays a critical role in shaping product offerings, driving innovation, and supporting business growth through customer-centric decision-making. ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team of product managers to ensure timely and effective execution of projects within the product portfolio.Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including strategic roadmaps, line reviews, SKU optimization, and product rationalization.Lead the execution of product development initiatives by creating product specifications, timelines, financial models, and feasibility analyses.Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and performance improvement.Gather and leverage customer feedback to inform product strategies and development priorities.
