To learn more about Movius, visit www.movius.ai Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Telco and Mobile Network Provider integrations with our enterprise Voice and Messaging platform. This role will focus on building and scaling carrier-grade integrations that enable enterprises and government organizations to meet their productivity, compliance, and security requirements while seamlessly extending voice and messaging capabilities across mobile networks. The ideal candidate has deep experience working at the intersection of telco networks, enterprise communications, and compliance-driven use cases, with a proven track record of bringing integrated communications solutions to market. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and drive the long-term strategy for Telco and mobile network provider integrations into our Voice & Messaging platform. Partner with global carriers and mobile network operators (MNOs/MVNOs) to deliver carrier-grade voice and messaging solutions for enterprise and government customers. Develop strategies to support regulatory compliance, lawful intercept, archiving, and data residency requirements across jurisdictions. Identify opportunities for productivity enhancements by integrating voice and messaging with enterprise workflows. Roadmap & Execution Own the product roadmap for carrier integrations, covering voice (PSTN, VoNR, VoLTE, VoWiFi) and messaging (SMS, MMS, RCS) channels. Deliver solutions that capture, archive, and secure communications data from telco networks to meet enterprise compliance needs. Drive interoperability with leading telco systems, including SMSC, IMS, SIP interconnects, SBCs, and CPaaS gateways. Collaborate with engineering and network architecture teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and globally available integrations. Launch productivity-driven features that leverage telco connectivity to deliver secure business voice and messaging across devices (BYOD, COPE, government-issued) and device types (iOS, Android, Phone, Tablet, Desktop). Customer & Market Engagement Engage with enterprise and government customers to deeply understand their compliance, security, and productivity requirements for communications. Partner with telcos and regulatory bodies to stay ahead of evolving requirements for data retention, lawful access, and cross-border communications compliance. Translate complex telco integration including billing and provisioning needs into clear product specifications and customer-facing features. Cross-Functional Leadership Work with carrier partnership, regulatory, and ecosystem teams to onboard and certify new MNO/MVNO integrations. Partner with compliance, legal, and security teams to ensure all carrier-enabled communications meet enterprise governance standards. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutions engineering to position telco-integrated messaging and voice solutions as strategic enablers for regulated industries. Qualifications Required 4–6+ years of product management experience in telecom, enterprise communications, or CPaaS/UCaaS/CCaaS platforms. Strong understanding of telco infrastructure (SIP, IMS, SMSC, SS7, VoLTE, VoWiFi, RCS) and enterprise communications requirements. Proven experience working with mobile network providers, carriers, or regulatory authorities. Familiarity with enterprise compliance requirements (FINRA, HIPAA, GDPR, FedRAMP, CJIS, lawful intercept frameworks). Ability to bridge highly technical carrier integrations with enterprise productivity and compliance use cases. Highly Desirable Experience building carrier-integrated enterprise communications solutions (voice or messaging). Knowledge of eSIM, number portability, mobile identity, and UCaaS/CCaaS integrations. Technical background in network engineering, telecom architecture, or secure communications. MBA or equivalent experience aligning business strategy with telco ecosystem partnerships.
