Smart Biometrics is the Business Line from IDEMIA Public Security delivering solutions to the Enterprise market. Our core range is based on biometric identity management, with significant activity for biometric devices. We operate worldwide with regional sales teams and development centers in 3 time zones. To accompany our growth, we have been reinforcing our offer for Solutions and Services.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a Solutions Product Manager for our biometric-based identity management solutions. For your portfolio of software products, you will:

Understand the ecosystem, drive the go to market, identify and on-board the partnerstake market research initiatives aimed at understanding customer needs, defining compelling value propositions, and analyzing competitive landscapes; contribute to shaping the vision,define product roadmap, gather and prioritize requirements, deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth;Lead the development and lifecycle;work closely with internal teams for product management, engineering and marketingaccompany sales, pre-sales and support teams in customer interactions.Focus on US market: map the ecosystem, identify the local constraints/ regulations, identify the main players, qualify partners

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threatsDefine go-to-market and partnershipsDefine and communicate a clear product visionBuild a roadmap aligned with Business Line goals

Product Development

Act as the voice of the customerTranslate business needs into detailed product requirementsCollaborate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality software on timePrioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes

Go-to-Market

Partner with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.Deliver sales toolsAssist customer facing teams: sales, support and integrationMonitor customer feedback for future iterationsSpecific focus on US market, understand the local ecosystem

Finance monitoring

Investment budgetsSales performanceProduct investments profitability Qualifications Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or Business12-15 years of experience in digital product managementExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Market focus: customer relationship (need collection and solution promotion)

Preferred Skills
