**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
+ 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
+ Experience in shipping products within online advertising or the creator economy.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
+ 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
+ 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
+ 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
+ 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
Our team’s mission is to empower Brands and Creators to form meaningful partnerships, making it easy to connect and collaborate on sponsored content on YouTube. From discovery and matchmaking to promotion and measurement, we tailor to serve the unique needs of brands, creators, and viewers alike.
In this role, you will be instrumental in boosting Creator earnings, enabling Advertisers to generate more authentic and impactful content, and elevating the overall YouTube consumer experience. You will drive a critical source of Creator earnings, help Advertisers create more authentic and performant content, and improve the YouTube consumer experience.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Lead a confidential YouTube project.
+ Work cross-functionally with the YouTube Business Organization, Legal, and others.
+ Lead cross-product area initiatives across YouTube and Google.
+ Launch a product before the end of the year and iterate rapidly.
+ Set the long term goal for how we want to evolve a critical line of products.
