As a Senior Product Manager, Trauma & Extremities, you will join Stryker’s fast-growing Trauma & Extremities (T&E) division in KSA and play a key role in shaping the future of orthopaedics. What you will do:

Author and leverage marketing teammates to create key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans, etcSurface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvementsAdhere to organizational protocols, practices and procedures for gathering competitive informationDrive segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiencyDevelop pricing approach consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioningAccurately forecast resource needsEstablish metrics and goals/success criteria and milestonesDemonstrate financial acumenHold self and others accountable to deliver high quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business prioritiesMentor, develop and inspire othersCollaborate and influence others on cross-functional teams, advancing partnerships to achieve business objectivesDevelop key relationships with industry/market thought leaders, organizations, and institutions, in collaboration with other marketing leaders
 

What You Will Need

Required:

Bachelor’s degree required6+ years of work experience required3+ years medical device or marketing/sales experience preferredProficiency in EnglishExcellent presentation and interpersonal communications skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Preferred

Experience in Trauma & Extremities, Orthopaedics, or related fields is highly desirableMBA preferredAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authorityAbility to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies
