As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to define and drive the Lingo product vision and strategy. You will own one of the strategic product pillars, crafting a roadmap of features and guiding them from inception to release. Leading a dedicated product squad of designers, developers and subject matter experts, you will ensure they understand the vision and their roles within the team. The best product vision is only as good as what makes it into the hands of our customers – so you’ll also translate that vision into detailed requirements and stories, manage the backlog, and allocate resources to drive feature delivery. Along the way, you’ll develop an in-depth understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas to drive product engagement. You’ll also manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners and stakeholders to create buy-in for the product vision – and work with them to bring that vision to market.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience5 years of experience as a product manager at a consumer tech company or organization2 years of experience taking well-loved features or products from conception to launch2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environmentExperience using customer research, insights, and data to drive decisionsExperience presenting to and influencing internal and external stakeholders, at all levelsPreferred Qualifications
Degree in computer science or another engineering, scientific, or technical disciplineMBA or another advanced degreeDemonstrated leadership and management experienceExperience operating and driving impact in a startup-like environmentHealth tech, fintech, or other experience working within a highly regulated environmentApply Now

The base pay for this position is $146,700.00 – $293,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
