About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Booking Optimization Team. This critical role will focus on identifying and delivering significant improvements across the entire client booking flow and post-booking experience, with a direct impact on increasing revenue. You will operate as an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Product, Growth, driving a culture of rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making while driving measurable outcomes related to high-priority OKRs and product strategy.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in growth product management, with a keen eye for optimizing conversion funnels in B2C environments. They will excel at collaborating with UX Research, Design, and Data Science to uncover opportunities, execute experiments, and translate insights into tangible product enhancements that drive business outcomes.
What You'll Work On: Identify and deliver improvements to the client booking flow and post-booking experience to increase revenue. Collaborate with UX Research and Design to analyze user flows and identify areas for optimization. Conduct competitive research and UX teardowns to generate innovative booking flow ideas. Drive rapid experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive learning. Work closely with Data Science to analyze experiment results and determine next steps. Champion a culture of bold experimentation, risk-taking, and continuous learning within the team. Own the business outcomes related to bookings and revenue. Your Areas of Expertise: You have a minimum of 5 years in the product management field. You have at least 2+ years in a Growth Product Manager role. You have deep knowledge of marketplace optimization. You are experienced with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely) and methodologies. You possess a strong command of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel) and data analysis. You can prioritize from a large backlog in a fast-paced environment. You are an exceptional collaborator with Design, UX Research, and Data Science to identify opportunities. The base pay range for this position is $115,000 - $160,000. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
