You will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital pathology and ensuring our product delivers on "The Science of Sure"—our promise to provide world-class certainty and precision to healthcare providers and their patients. **Key Responsibilities** + **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for the Genius Digital Diagnostics System, driving product innovation, growth, and commercial success. + **IT & Workflow Integration:** Serve as the product leader for all aspects of digital imaging, image management, and review components of the system. This includes collaborating with R&D and engineering teams to define customer requirements that delivery clinically relevant solutions that optimize customer workflows. + **Customer & Market Engagement:** Act as the voice of the customer, building strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders to gather insights, drive advocacy, and understand evolving needs in the digital pathology and IT landscape. + **Commercial Execution:** In partnership with internal stakeholders, implement effective commercial programs and go-to-market activities. Help create compelling sales training tools and resources that highlight the clinical and workflow benefits of the Genius Digital Diagnostics System. + **Data-Driven Insights:** Conduct market research and competitive analysis with a strong focus on digital health trends, IT solutions, and customer engagement models to inform product positioning and future development. + **Product Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from new feature development to post-launch optimization, ensuring all product changes are effectively communicated to global internal teams and customers. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with internal stakeholders, including R&D, operations, quality, regulatory, and sales, to ensure alignment and timely execution of all product initiatives. **Qualifications & Experience** + **Experience:** 7+ years of product management and/or marketing experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or laboratory environment. + **Education:** Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred + **Digital & IT Expertise:** Knowledge of digital pathology, medical device software, or IT integration within a clinical or laboratory setting is highly desired. Experience with data management and cybersecurity for medical devices is preferred. + **Customer-Centric Mindset:** Demonstrated ability to deeply understand customer needs, with a proven track record of developing and executing customer engagement strategies. + **Leadership:** Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead, inspire, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. + **Communication:** Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a talent for presenting complex technical and clinical information to diverse audiences. **Additional Details** + This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite per week in Marlborough, MA + Willingness and ability to travel (by land and/or air) up to approximately 35% of the time, including some international travel, is needed. The annualized base salary range for this role is $132,100 to $206,600 and is bonus eligible.
