Walmart
Position Summary...Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart’s data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we’re seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment. What you'll do...Senior Product Manager, Customer Perception
Customer Voice is Walmart’s proprietary research ecosystem, uniquely positioned with verified shoppers, first-party purchase data, and embedded workflows across Scintilla. To scale, we must expand making primary research more accessible, faster, and easier of internal teams as well as billing solutions that improve billing and data interoperability.
As the Senior Product Manager, Customer Perception, you will improve the perception capabilities across the Scintilla ecosystem — with emphasis on billing and data interoperability — and deliver tooling and features that support internal personas and workflows. Vendor & billing ops: work with finance and vendors to improve billing flows and reconciliation. • Lead discovery, strategy, and roadmap for Perception’s internal platform initiatives (billing, data import/export, internal tooling).
• Translate stakeholder needs (internal research teams, product, finance) into clear business requirements, PRDs, and prioritized roadmaps.
• Decompose initiatives into features, define acceptance criteria, and work with squads to estimate LOE and schedule delivery.
• Own data interoperability work (APIs, ETL patterns) to ensure smooth handoffs between tools and downstream systems.
• Drive billing and commercial operational improvements: flows, reconciliation, automation, and controls to reduce manual effort and billing risk.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and UXR to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Act as the internal product advocate: run stakeholder reviews, communicate trade-offs, and maintain a decision log.
• Define success metrics and iterate against measurable outcomes (reduced manual work, fewer billing disputes, higher internal adoption). Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management (or equivalent) experience delivering B2B or internal platform products.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and data teams.
• Experience owning billing or commercial operations features (billing flows, reconciliation, invoicing) or comparable operational systems.
• Strong written communication — able to produce crisp PRDs, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder updates. Preferred qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience building tools for research teams, analytics platforms, or internal enablement.
• Familiarity with data tooling and analytics (SQL, BigQuery, SPSS/data formats, or equivalent).
• Experience in retail, supplier workflows, or enterprise research environments.
