The Senior Product Lead is accountable for the end to end product lifecycle for one or more strategic GOS technology platforms—from vision and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and long term value realization.This role goes beyond traditional product ownership. You will:
• Lead and mentor product owners and delivery partners
• Direct cross functional teams to deliver enterprise grade tools
• Drive AI enabled innovation through partnerships with Engineering, Data, and Business Intelligence teams
• Serve as a senior interface between business leadership and the TDS enterprise
You will also lead vendor relationships and select technology contracts, ensuring partners deliver high quality outcomes aligned to product strategy, security standards, and cost expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionDefine and continuously evolve the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GOS technology platforms, aligned to enterprise TDS strategy and business priorities.Establish a clear point of view on how internal tools, data products, and AI capabilities enable operational efficiency, insight generation, and differentiated client outcomes.Balance near‑term delivery with long‑term platform sustainability, scalability, and interoperability across the TDS ecosystem.Identify opportunities to productize internal capabilities into reusable, scalable solutions across service lines and clients.Leadership & Team EnablementLead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product team, setting clear expectations, standards, and outcomes.Create strong operating rhythms across product discovery, delivery, and release management.Provide clarity and direction that enables engineering, data, and design teams to deliver predictably and with high quality.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Execution & DeliveryTranslate complex business needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria grounded in measurable outcomes.Partner with internal software engineering, data, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as third‑party vendors, to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.Drive delivery across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs.Lead release planning, UAT, change management, and adoption strategies to ensure products land cleanly and deliver value.AI, Data & Intelligent AutomationPartner with Data, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams to design and deliver AI agents, data products, and intelligent workflows that enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.Ensure AI‑enabled solutions are secure, explainable, and aligned to enterprise data governance and privacy standards.Champion telemetry‑driven product management—using usage data, performance metrics, and insights to continuously improve products.Enterprise & Stakeholder PartnershipAct as a senior product partner across the TDS enterprise, aligning GOS priorities with shared platforms, architecture standards, and roadmaps.Partner closely with:Sales & SolutionsTDS PMOProduct Leads across TDSBusiness IntelligenceSoftware Engineering and Data TeamsProvide crisp, executive‑ready communication on roadmap progress, KPIs/OKRs, risks, and investment trade‑offs.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into technology execution.Vendor & Contract ManagementLead and manage strategic vendors and select technology contracts, ensuring delivery quality, cost effectiveness, and alignment to product objectives.Hold partners accountable to outcomes, security standards, and delivery commitments.Make informed build‑vs‑buy recommendations grounded in long‑term product and platform strategy.Governance, Security & StandardsMaintain authoritative product documentation including workflows, data flows, decision records, and release notes.Ensure products adhere to SDLC, security, compliance, and data privacy requirements.Drive lifecycle management including versioning, deprecations, and architectural alignment across platforms.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, including leadership of complex, enterprise‑scale platforms.Demonstrated success delivering internal and client‑facing technology products in real estate, professional services, or similarly complex operating environments.Experience partnering with engineering, data, and BI teams to deliver analytics, data products, and AI‑enabled solutions.Proven experience managing vendors and technology delivery partners.Core CompetenciesStrategic product leader with strong systems thinking and execution discipline.Deep understanding of modern software, data platforms, APIs, and cloud‑native architectures.Pragmatic decision‑maker who balances speed, quality, security, and sustainability.Exceptional communicator who translates ambiguity into action and aligns diverse stakeholders.Trusted leader who builds high‑performing teams and strong cross‑functional partnerships.Additional RequirementsComfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization across time zones.Strong bias toward measurable outcomes, adoption, and business value.Commitment to engineering quality, data integrity, and secure‑by‑default delivery.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
