Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do
Website Ownership: Lead the technical development, performance, and continuous improvement of sprinklr.com.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, review code, and mentor other engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable features. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Roadmap Execution: Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery of features aligned with marketing and product objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, UX design, Digital Interaction, and engineering teams to build pixel-perfect, scalable modules and impactful website experiences.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve website speed, Core Web Vitals, and SEO metrics to enhance user engagement and organic traffic growth.
Responsiveness & Accessibility: Ensure delivery of responsive and accessible (WCAG-compliant) web experiences across devices and browsers.
Architecture & Best Practices: Build and maintain reusable components, promote modern frameworks and approaches (Next.js, SSG, ISR), and maintain high code quality standards.
Continuous Delivery: Contribute to robust CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployments across staging and production environments.
What Makes You Qualified
Experience: 3+ years of professional frontend/web engineering experience with proven ownership of large-scale websites.
Core Skills:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, NodeJS, HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind CSS).
Experience with AWS ecosystem (S3, CloudFront, Lambda) and deployment best practices.
Strong understanding of Website Performance Optimization and Core Web Vitals.
Familiarity with Web Accessibility (WCAG) and SEO Best Practices, including schema.org structured data to maximise organic traffic
Proficiency with Git, modern build tools, and automated testing.
Awareness of Frontend Security Best Practices.
Good to Have:
Familiarity with frameworks like Next.js and Gatsby
Familiarity with GraphQL, Contentful or other headless CMS.
Experience working in multi-repo or micro frontend environments.
Exposure to analytics and experimentation platforms
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to mentor others, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
