Job Description

Welcome to our Research and Development (R&D) department in the TLD Americas division, located in Hannover. Our team, known as Spear Head, is responsible for the development and introduction of new PLT tire lines for the market in the Business Area Americas. We work closely with various stakeholders, including product management, material and platform development, product industrialization and manufacturing, to develop and implement innovative tire solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cutting-edge PLT tire lines for the dynamic Americas market, drive innovation and excellenceLead PROMT projects or SPAs to ensure groundbreaking tire technologiesTransform market and customer insights into technical requirement booksSupport marketing and sales initiatives, including exciting launch events and compelling technical documentation, ensuring seamless product perceptionLead and inspire introduction teams with stakeholders across multiple departments and locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovationSolve complex problems with innovative solutions, ensuring tire performance and product quality remain exceptional throughout their lifecycleContribute to diverse development projects, introducing new products that shape the future of the tire industry and support technical market understanding for the Americas region

QualificationsAcademic degree in engineering, natural sciences or comparable fieldsStructured working style, analytical thinking and excellent communication skillsAbility to collaborate and steer technical driven topicsExperience in product, technology or platform development preferredProject management skills and project leadership experience preferredFluent in English (written and spoken)Self motivated team player who enjoys working in multicultural and performance oriented team
