This role requires a strong understanding of design systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to present design decisions with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities Your Impact Deliver end-to-end UX/UI design solutions with fast turnaround times, while maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, presenting strong design rationale to support decisions. Work within established brand guardrails and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Participate in collaborative design sessions, feedback reviews, and iterative design processes. Translate business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Qualifications Qualifications Your Skills and Experience Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience working within structured design systems. Strong hybrid skillset across UX and UI, with the ability to balance user needs and business goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design choices clearly to stakeholders. Proven ability to work in large, complex organizations and adapt to structured workflows. Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
