As a Senior Product Designer IC on the Customer Experience team, you will craft user-centered, innovative design solutions that enhance both the emotional and functional aspects of enterprise experiences. This role focuses on delivering seamless end-to-end AI Agentic user experiences while balancing technical and business objectives. You will collaborate across teams to define, develop, and refine product features, communicate compelling product narratives, and mentor product designers to deliver exceptional design outcomes.
