 Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesSupports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficienciesContributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager, Product Owners and Execution Leads to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processes Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreamsExperience in Jira and Confluence Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleEmerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes Experience in Qtest or similar tool integrated with JiraAutomation and reporting tools, e.g. Alteryx and TableauAcceptance criteria analysis and test scenario authoringAccess request and administration tools and process
