2+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Product Delivery Management across multiple technologies and functions. Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage multiple efforts and addressing issues in a timely manner ensuring least impact on timelines and overall risk; organized, structured work style. Excellent verbal & written communication skills; must be able to communicate progress and issues to the team and stakeholders regularly, thoroughly, and clearly throughout the process, up and down the chain of command. Ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences and prepare summaries for executives and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills to inspire/motivate the team and to instill confidence and trust within the business, operations, and technology teams as applicableStrong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management, risk management and operationsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferredProficient skill level utilizing JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
