As a Senior Product Associate in Personalization and Customer Insights, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
 Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryLeads product backlog reviews and sprint planning sessions to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business goalsManages stakeholder engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, user stories, and workflows that drive customer valueConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentCollaborates with development teams, leveraging familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies to support technical discussions and solution deliveryUtilizes JIRA and other agile tools to manage product development activities and ensure timely deliveryRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, including discovery, requirements definition, and deliveryExperience with JIRA, product backlog reviews, and sprint planningDemonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacy; basic proficiency in SQL or similar languages for evaluating product performanceAbility to communicate product vision and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible contentBS in a field such as Product Management, Information Management, Business, Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering Management, or a comparable disciplineExperience building platforms for developers or working closely with development teams to understand and address their needsKnowledge of current trends in digital products, information management, or user experience designExperience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholdersPassion for innovation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiencesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in digital banking, financial technology, or customer-focused product managementExposure to personalization, customer insights, or similar domains within product developmentAbility to understand and query data sets for analysis or requirements gathering (e.g., using SQL, Python)Familiarity with AWS data lakes, Snowflake, and modern data platformsExposure to machine learning or data science conceptsExperience with tools such as Confluence, MS Office, Tableau, Grafana, or similar for documentation, collaboration, and data visualization
