As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Communiations Alerts Platform, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Working specifically in the Digital Communications - Alerts Area Product group, you will be primarily working with our subscription management and alerts delivery capabilities that deliver over 1B servicing communications for our Consumer and Community Banking customers annually.
Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager and Area Product Group team-members and quad partners to identify product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers, business and the market through user research, data & analytics and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle, including production performance of in-market product capabilities and usageWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Plays an active role in all stages of the product delivery lifecycle including: Writing the requirements, product features, and user stories, leading grooming and refinement sessions with scrum team, prioritize quarterly and sprint goals and objectives, participate in stand-ups to support progress against goals, oversee production deployments and performance. Owns relevant product-specific control execution to mitigate regulatory and reputational riskBecomes an end-to-end subject matter expert on our subscription management and alerts delivery platformsCollaborate effectively with a globally dispersed team, providing clear explanations of user stories and assisting in prioritizing work according to the Chase Agile methodology to ensure alignment and efficient workflow across different time zones and cultural contexts.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, execution, and measure product effectivenessExperience and passion for addressing challenges, developing new solutions, and working collaboratively with a team of peer Demonstrated proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, with a strong emphasis on clear and effective communication skills to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasivelyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsAbility to communicate effectively in an executive style, articulating clear and concise directives to both executive stakeholders and the scrum team, ensuring alignment and understanding of work priorities and objectivesDemonstrated proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations, with a strong emphasis on clear and effective communication skills to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasivelyExperience in digital products, personalized marketing campaigns and/or digital communication services a plusDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
