As a Senior Product Associate in Business Banking focused on building out specific AI use cases, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. 

Job responsibilities

Work to gain a deep understanding of intricate business challenges and processes, and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.Translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirementsManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaStrong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to build trust and foster collaborationExperience driving the full product lifecycle for products, writing product documents, and leading tech teams from idea to alignment and through execution and launchAbility to work on tasks and projects through to completion with limited supervision. Passion for detail and follow throughEffective verbal and written communication skills with technical and business audiencesHands-on experience developing and deploying Data Science and ML capabilities in production at scale

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationExperience developing and using AI Agents in a professional settingFamiliarity with AI model architectures, such as Large Language Models, and methods such as prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, and agentic frameworks. Experience defining robust evaluation sets and leading teams through quantitative and qualitative evaluations and iterations to achieve reliable, high-quality delivery.Proven track record of delivering and launching successful products at scale.
