 Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryUnderstand the consumer persona and focus on solving real pain pointsConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceContribute in product discovery by supporting the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Partner with Agility team to ensure the best practices are implementedRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsTechnical background; ideal candidates enjoy solving developer-centric product challengesExperience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills
