We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary** HCA ITG Sr Product Analyst leads and contributes to the efforts of reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and implementing Physician Charge Capture systems and user needs for PatientKeeper Platform and related integrated applications. Sr Product Analysts are expected to work on Issue Management, Upgrades, Implementations etc. They often utilize growing experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. They offer reliable product knowledge to end users and business partners. This position will be responsible for ensuring that Physician Charge Capture solutions strategically align with HCA business initiatives and enterprise standards. Sr Product Analysts collaborate with team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the ITG solution meets requirements. Sr Product Analysts are expected to assist with and lead projects, including those with significant interdependencies with existing systems. Prioritizes multiple activities and tasks simultaneously and adapts to a rapidly changing environment. Sr Product Analyst work under general supervision with some latitude for independent judgment and are expected to assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members. Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others. Prefer past experience with physician billing, coding, HL7 integrations, EHR applications, especially PatientKeeper and Meditech. Expected to deliver clear and concise written and oral communications (ex. technical documentation, FLASH messages, etc.). Experience in utilizing Microsoft Office tools to perform analysis and documentation is also preferred. **Major Responsibilities:** **Analysis, Design and Issue Resolution** + Subject Matter Leadership – Ability to take responsibility for Physician Charge Capture, working to become a subject matter expert that leads effort in issue resolution, enhancement requests and implementations. + Requirements Focus – Develops, documents and ensures specific requirements are met and approved by users where critical to project results and timetable. + Applies Knowledge – Understands technical terminology; knows how and when to apply a technical skill or procedure; problem and issue resolution skills. + Critical Thinking/Decision Making – Applies critical thinking skills to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and to make timely, informed decisions. + Develops others' and own ideas—Seeks and expands on original ideas, enhances others' ideas, and contributes own ideas about the issues at hand. + Process Improvement Focus – Identifies opportunities to improve existing processes. + Helps Operations and Support Team as needed, including occasional on-call activities + Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills to foster key business stakeholder relationships and convey complex subject matter content across functional teams + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Including executive level communications. **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor's degree Preferred + 5+ years of experience in related role, working with clinical EMRs and/or physician billing applications.
