**Job Summary and Qualifications**

The Senior Product Analyst, MEDITECH MIS, is responsible for supporting MEDITECH software, especially in the areas of Access and MIS. This includes interfacing with all levels of stakeholders at HCA and its partners. This role takes a leadership position in communicating with MEDITECH and recommending action within CSG, ITG, Divisions, and facility markets. The role aids in product support, setup, training, and documentation, as well as identifying and escalating project issues.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Analysis, Design and Issue Resolution
+ MIS Support – Coordinate with MEDITECH, ITG, CSG, Field, and others as needed to support MEDITECH MIS and Access areas. These could include bug-fixes, enhancements or project work requests (PWRs), Service Releases (Priority Packs), and Maintenance Releases (MRP).
+ Audits – Respond as needed to SOx or other related requests to audit access and change logs. Coordinate monthly and/or annual audits for MEDITECH information with Internal Audit or other parties.
+ Critical Thinking/Decision Making – Apply critical thinking skills to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and to make timely, informed decisions. Identify impacts to other solutions or projects, and work with other project team members and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
+ Process Improvement Focus – Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and document solutions.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in a related role required
+ 3+ years of experience in MEDITECH MAGIC and/or Expanse required
+ 3+ years of experience in release management, software development, or project management preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
**Other/Special Qualifications:**
+ Deep understanding of MEDITECH MAGIC (5.6.7), with Expanse knowledge a plus.
+ Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) preferred

+ Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills at various levels within the organization; comfortable navigating a matrixed organization; ability to work with diverse and complex projects, teams, and technologies required.
