We want you to apply! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The ITG Nursing Technologies team supports the implementation and support of clinical products and applications used to provide patient care, e.g. Mobile Heartbeat, Nurse Call, Virtual Care, Vitals Devices, Perinatal Monitoring and Telemetry. The Senior Product Analyst will be primarily responsible for the technical support, discovery, and implementation of a new perinatal monitoring system. This role will serve as the analytical and technical bridge between ITG (nursing technologies, digital transformation and innovation), Clinical Services Group, and other internal stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors. They will assist with product requirements, ensure alignment with business goals, and lead ITG processes through the design and development of this product. This individual will work collaboratively to implement and support enterprise deployment processes that meet organizational needs and goals. They will exhibit a high degree of self-motivation as well as possess excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building skills. **Major Responsibilities:** Product Management + Coordinate and oversee project plan and deliverables. + Create meeting content and facilitate kickoff and facility core team calls. + Partner with the Business Owners to drive standards, policies, and best practices across the organization. + Responsible for collaboration with other team members for the business requirement documents and artifacts required for the development or deployment of primary application, features, and infrastructure. + Design, plan, test, and execute application deployment and solution deployments. + Maintain and prioritize the feature backlog and roadmap based on department or organizational goals. Operations Support + Participate in incident management and resolution + Contribute to Knowledge base, SharePoint documentation Vendor Coordination + Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external IT vendors. + Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality, performance, and compliance, privacy, and security standards. + Facilitate joint planning sessions and manage integration requirements.
