WHAT YOU’LL DO
 As a Senior Analyst, you will support the successful implementation and ongoing enhancement of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. You’ll work directly with stakeholders across HR, Technology, and business functions to build out data-driven insights, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop actionable dashboards that inform strategic decisions. You’ll contribute to product development efforts by helping define and refine HRSD features, documenting user requirements, and supporting backlog grooming and solution validation. You’ll also contribute to the design and execution of product enhancements across ServiceNow HRSD and related modules.

 

Platform & Stakeholder Support (50%)

Support the implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD solution, collaborating with business leads, technical teams, and vendorsPartner with HR and technology teams to document requirements and support solution testing and deploymentAssist in managing platform enhancements and backlog prioritizationTranslate business needs into system updates and analytical insightsParticipate in UAT and incorporate stakeholder feedback through iterative improvements 

Analytics & Dashboard Development (40%)

Lead the HRSD analytics and metrics workstream in alignment with business goalsDevelop, maintain, and enhance dashboards in ServiceNow or platforms such as Power BI or TableauDefine and track KPIs and operational metrics to monitor adoption, service performance, and user satisfactionConduct ad hoc and scheduled analysis to identify trends, diagnose problems, and propose improvementsPromote data-driven decision-making and enable self-service reporting where feasible

 

Knowledge and Continuous Improvement (10%)

Build and demonstrate domain expertise in both internal (Bain) and external (market) trendsCollaborate with technical product management to inform technology strategy aligned with product goalsStay current on ServiceNow capabilities, particularly within HRSD and related modulesContribute to platform governance, documentation standards, and reporting best practicesSupport broader ServiceNow initiatives, including training and cross-functional platform enhancements

 

ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; background in HR systems, analytics, or information systems preferred3–5 years of experience working with enterprise systems (ServiceNow HRSD preferred)Proficiency in HR metrics and dashboard development tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ServiceNow Performance AnalyticsStrong skills in business analysis, requirements documentation, and agile methodologyAbility to communicate technical concepts in business termsStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsCapable of managing multiple priorities and deadlinesAnalytical mindset with ability to prioritize work based on business valueDemonstrates leadership mindset and contributes positively to team cultureWillingness to travel as needed
