The Marcom Interactive team is responsible for continuously improving how Apple presents its products and services online. They analyze data and optimize website content, apps, and other digital platforms to ensure Apple's marketing is as effective and engaging as possible for customers worldwide. This team is the engine behind data-driven marketing decisions, working to make Apple's online presence the best it can be.
**Description**
The Senior Producer, Digital Optimization Program Manager spearheads programs designed to accelerate our Testing and Optimization efforts across content, platforms, and systems, including apple.com (http://apple.com), Email, and key Apple and Partner Apps. The role partners with cross-functional teams in data science, engineering, product, and content to ensure seamless execution of test ideation, execution, and reporting within a well-defined and scalable process.
**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with engineering, data science, product, content, and operations teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure program success.
+ Drive consensus on hypotheses, KPIs, and test design with business stakeholders.
+ Lead initiatives to enhance measurement frameworks, testing velocity, automation, and decision-making, maximizing business impact.
+ Define and enforce program processes, timelines, and documentation standards.
+ Track, analyze, and communicate test results, building a repository of insights to inform future strategy.
+ Coordinate across diverse but related work tracks, ensuring dependencies are managed, risks are identified, and teams remain aligned on shared objectives.
+ Serve as a key communicator, conveying program goals, progress, and outcomes to leadership clearly and effectively.
+ Champion process improvements and scalable frameworks that enhance efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
+ Establish reporting mechanisms to track impact, surface insights, and recommend future areas of investment.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ At least 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data-driven, cross-functional initiatives.
+ Experience leading large, complex, multi-track programs in content, platform, or systems environments with ability to combine a clear vision with structured plans and measurable outcomes.
+ History of success navigating matrixed organizations and building strong relationships with technical and non-technical partners to effectively influence outcomes.
+ Experience in change management, process design, and adoption across global or distributed teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, thrives working in a creative and dynamic environment.
+ Familiarity with digital communication platforms and technologies across e-commerce and channel platforms.
+ Demonstrated experience managing Testing and Optimization programs, extensive knowledge of optimization workflow and tools.
+ Knowledge and understanding of statistical testing methods and experiment design.
+ Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
+ Experience managing producer and agency teams on production and delivery.
+ Experience with Adobe Analytics and AEM.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
**Pay & Benefits**
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
