Senior Procurement Specialist
**Tuknik Government Services (TGS),** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist with a Secret clearance (or able to obtain one) to support TGS and our government customer. This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Analyst to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage complex procurement data systems, develop business intelligence solutions, and provide analytical support to meet the needs of senior government leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government procurement processes and advanced data analysis capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage and analyze procurement systems, data reporting, and metrics capabilities + Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using platforms such as QLIK and SAP Business Objects + Lead data integration efforts across multiple procurement data sources and systems + Provide expert-level analysis and ad hoc reporting to support procurement decision-making + Manage contracting metrics and performance measurement initiatives + Create and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations + Supervise and mentor junior analysts and support staff + Serve as subject matter expert on procurement data systems and regulatory compliance + Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy + Support emergency and time-sensitive analytical requirements **Required Qualifications** + Minimum 15+ years of experience in procurement analysis, contracting, or related field + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field + Proven supervisory/management experience leading procurement or analytical teams + Expert knowledge of government procurement regulations and processes + Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools (QLIK, SAP Business Objects, or similar) + Extensive experience with procurement data systems such as FPDS, VCE, PADDS, SPS, ACWS + Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends, patterns, and cause-and-effect relationships in complex data + Excellent communication skills including ability to brief leadership + Active security clearance (or ability to obtain) **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in Contract Management, Business Administration, or related field + Contracting Officer or Contracting Specialist certification/experience + Experience with Army or DoD procurement systems specifically + Project management experience with large-scale data initiatives + Experience managing teams of 10+ personnel + Field experience in procurement operations **Technical Skills Required** + Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) + Data visualization and dashboard development + Database management and SQL query capabilities + Statistical analysis and data modeling + Process improvement and automation + Multi-system data integration **Personal Attributes** + Highly organized and detail-oriented + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Adaptable and able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments + Mission-focused with commitment to supporting organizational objectives **Our Equal Employment Opportunity Policy** The company is an equal opportunity employer.
