If so, apply now! **Core Responsibilities** In this role, you will support the Marketing Materials Production Value Chain within the Retail business by managing sourcing and procurement activities. Additionally, you will assist the marketing organization across all marketing categories and build, maintain and manage the related supplier base for these areas as needed. On top of that, you will: + Be responsible for supporting the creation and execution of the Global Category Sourcing Strategy + Drive early supplier integration within the commodity to embed their insights into product optimization + Proactively challenge internal partners and product specs using market insights, trends, and alternative solutions + Drive forecasting process and secure availability of adequate capacities and capabilities + Drive the Innovations and Digitalization agenda This role is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation support for this position. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The Global Sales & Marketing Procurement team, currently operating from four strategic locations (Kladno, CZ; Billund, DK; Jiaxing, China; and Enfield, US), is fully dedicated to supporting the LEGO Models Production—ranging from striking 3D marketing builds to innovative in-store box solutions. The team ensures the sourcing of high-quality marketing materials and services, manages supplier relationships, and drives procurement strategies that align with LEGO’s brand standards and commercial objectives. **Do you have what it takes?** + Proven experience in procurement or a related role within the industry, with specific category expertise in marketing materials, in a global organization + SAP system experience, advanced MS office knowledge (esp. Excel), Coupa system knowledge is a plus + Customer-focused sourcing specialist with a strong drive to enhance procurement processes and foster effective collaboration across internal teams and external suppliers. Combines executional energy with a creative, analytical approach to deliver innovative sourcing solutions + Fluency in both Czech and English + Willingness to travel (around 10% of working time) \#LI/HS2 \#LI-Hybrid Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
