Portfolio Procurement
Strategy
Responsible for deploying the global 3-5 strategy, aligned with global rigids strategy, Business Groups and linked to BU innovations.Competitive supplier selection or development within the responsible countries.Benchmarking & best practices -identify metrics, tools, and process to optimize sourcing, supplier activities and efficiencies.To support in delivering Unilever ‘s multi-year commitments on sustainable sourcing of plastics -the environment, well-being, and social imperatives in the procurement of materials and services.Initiate and drive large global change management projects e.g., Complexity reduction projects (e.g., harmonisation of specifications and suppliers), resilience.Supplier Relationship Management
Effective supplier communications and engagement in key programs.New supplier scanning and supplier, supply market development.Define partnerships for value, growth, and innovation in with key suppliers and start-ups.Lead and own the relationships with key suppliers across the BUs in the partnership segmentation framework.Measure and manage overall performance of suppliers.Business Partnering
Partnering with global BG and Regional BU Procurement to achieve business goals, deliver value creation innovations, helping the global rigid portfolio to deploy the strategy.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
ESSENTIAL
PREFERRED
Experience in packaging procurement.Experience in operations- end to end portfolio management including service and quality.
