We in Danfoss Power Solutions are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager based in Nordborg.

 

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we manage procurement across our European operations. As Senior Procurement Manager, you’ll lead a team of sourcing experts and drive strategic initiatives that directly support our Orbital and Gear Solutions (OGS) business. From supplier negotiations to supporting new product development, your work will help us deliver smarter, faster, and more cost-effective solutions to our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Lead and develop a team of strategic buyers and sourcing project managers across multiple locations. Represent Procurement in key business forums and align cross-functional priorities. Drive cost-down strategies and ensure consistent procurement processes across all plants. Manage supplier performance with regards to capacity, delivery and logistics. Support New Product Development (NPD) by involving suppliers early and selecting the right technologies. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to improve performance and reduce risks. What We're Looking For

 

A degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, plus ca. 5–10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain. Proven leadership experience with a track record of building high-performing teams. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies. Deep understanding of procurement practices, cost drivers, and supplier management. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and a structured, independent working style.
