Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You’ll Be Responsible For:

The role is a senior buyer position within the Indirect Procurement Department with a focus on IT/System Technology and Workplace Solutions fields.

Sourcing, negotiation, and working with internal customers and external vendors to reach mutually agreeable and cost-efficient business agreements. Ability to successfully manage relationships both externally (with vendor, 3PL, etc.) and internally. This role is more specific to project-based procurement that will facilitate contracts & agreements and at the same time working with end users to determine the best and most cost-efficient solutions for the company.Manage and drive the contract management and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for procurement activities using Samsung systems.Analyze and interpret financial data, solve problems, and make procedural decisions and/or judgements.Assess value and product/service reliability relative to cost; plan, organize, and coordinate acquisition alternatives, as appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications

Here What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience
• CPM/CPSM/CPIM certification a plus

Eligible full-time employees (salaried or hourly) may also receive MBO bonuses based on company, division, and individual performance.
