The Senior Procurement Analyst - supports enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives by delivering cost modeling insights, managing eRFx processes, and conducting market research across multiple spend categories. This role applies core procurement methodologies—such as Porter’s Five Forces, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, and should-cost modeling—to drive data-informed sourcing strategies and supplier decisions. The analyst partners closely with category managers and business stakeholders to enhance value, transparency, and efficiency in procurement.
Overview of Responsibilities
Operate within the Procurement Center of Excellence to support Procurement Category Managers across the full indirect spend portfolio through data-driven analysis, scenario modeling, and sourcing insights Assist in the execution of eRFx processes by managing data collection, supplier Q&A, bid tabulation, and scenario modelingBuild and maintain should-cost models to support supplier benchmarking and negotiation preparation.Conduct TCO analysis to evaluate supplier proposals and long-term value across direct and indirect categoriesTrack and report on sourcing project outcomes, including savings realization and supplier performance metricsMaintain centralized sourcing tools, including contract and RFx management platformsCreate and deliver PowerPoint slide decks that clearly communicate sourcing recommendations, cost models, and market insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with exposure to multiple spend categoriesStrong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsExperience with e-sourcing platforms and ERP systems (e.g., Workday)Demonstrated experience in cost modeling, RFx execution, and supplier evaluationFamiliarity with procurement fundamentals such as Porter’s Five Forces, TCO analysis, and should-cost modelingExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
