What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Operate both automatic and manual chemical and fermentation process equipment, adhering to established procedures and ensuring equipment readiness for maintenance.Perform quality control analyses to complete in-process batches, identify variations, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GxP) standards.Receive training in hazardous material handling, emergency procedures, and complete relevant trainings in Pfizer Learning Systems (PLS).Identify and implement delivery and process improvements to enhance efficiency, throughput, and quality, and update Manufacturing Standard Work and Operation Standard Work as needed.Operate a variety of equipment, handle material receiving, staging, movement, dispensing, sampling, filter inspection, change-out, and charging operations as per Standard Operating Procedures.Take responsibility for individual contributions to achieve team deliverables, working effectively as a team member and coordinating with others.Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results.Follow standard procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within the agreed timeframe.Identify and solve moderately routine problems.Complete assignments with general supervision using established procedures, referring deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.Ensure work is reviewed for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
High School Diploma or GED 4+ years of experienceSolid functional and technical understanding of the disciplineStrong interpersonal and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated oral and written communication abilities, including the capability to maintain an accurate scientific notebookProficiency in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft ApplicationsExperience with System Application and ProductsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
