The candidate will be an integral member of the FP&A Process and System Improvement team report directly to the FP&A Process and System Improvement Lead. Financial Planning & Analysis experience is a plus. + **Education:** Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in a STEM, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another analytical discipline, with a strong academic record. An advanced degree is a plus. + **Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:** + Proven ability to conduct detailed analysis, identify issues, and contribute to developing practical solutions + Adept at creating clear and impactful presentations using PowerPoint to convey information. + Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel for complex data manipulation, analysis, and basic financial modeling. + **Communication:** + Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively through clear, concise, and compelling narratives + **Project Support & Collaboration:** + Demonstrated experience in working on transformative initiatives and working effectively as part of a collaborative team + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines + **Personal Attributes:** + Driven, proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and adapt to new challenges + A strong team player with a collaborative mindset, committed to collective success + **Risk & Control Orientation:** Solid understanding of fundamental financial controls, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
