Job DescriptionAnalyze, develop, and improve manufacturing methods and processesSupervise problem-solving, testing, and validation of machines and systemsOptimize assembly line parameters and manage wear parts systemsEnsure compliance with technical requirements and quality standardsCreate and maintain production-related documentationSupport new projects, including new assembly lines and line modificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidanceApply BPS principles and contribute to continuous improvement of production KPIsCoordinate and supervise knowledge transfer (IPN / Yokoten) and deliver training

QualificationsDegree in Engineering or equivalent experienceSeveral years of manufacturing / production engineering experienceStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly linesExperience in process optimization and continuous improvement (BPS / Lean)Ability to coordinate and supervise production activitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in training, mentoring, and knowledge transferFluent English
