Job DescriptionJob SummaryTo ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specificationTo carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo monitor daily process KPOV and KPIVTo trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basisTo ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parametersTo carry out evaluations for process improvementTo ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.

QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalentPreferred3-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing EngineerFamiliar with SPC and Design of Experiments.SkillsMinitab/JMP , Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solving
