We are partnering with a medical device manufacturer to hire a **Senior Process Development Engineer** who will provide technical leadership in the development, optimization, and validation of manufacturing processes. This role partners closely with customers and cross-functional teams to bring new products and processes from concept through production.

**Salary:** 100-125k
What You’ll Do
+ Lead development and evaluation of new and improved manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and manufacturability
+ Translate customer, user, and patient needs into robust, scalable process solutions
+ Drive process design, risk assessments (pFMEA/DFMEA), DOE, and capability studies
+ Own process documentation, including manufacturing procedures, BOMs, and routers
+ Lead verification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, MVP) and qualification planning
+ Serve as technical lead on projects, supporting quoting, timelines, and resource planning
+ Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams; lead process-focused customer meetings
+ Mentor engineers and potentially lead small teams or projects
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
+ 6+ years of engineering experience in the medical device industry
+ Strong background in process development, validation, and regulated manufacturing
+ Experience working cross-functionally and directly with customers
