Conduct training needs assessments, evaluate program effectiveness, and maintain accurate training records. Coach and mentor team members on best practices and problem-solving. 2. **Safety & Compliance:** Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring compliance with all Ford, plant-specific, and regulatory (OSHA) standards. Develop and implement safety policies, conduct audits, and lead incident investigations to implement corrective actions. Manage safety KPIs (LTC, FTOV) and ensure proper PPE use. 3. **Continuous Improvement & Performance Management:** Drive a continuous improvement mindset (Lean principles, Kaizen) by identifying inefficiencies in material flow and operations.
