Job DescriptionRole Summary
The Product Release Management Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end production release activities with OEM and internal stakeholders.
This role ensures accurate forecasting, documentation, system updates, and timely coordination across cross-functional teams to support successful plant introduction and production readiness.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Participate in demand meetings to understand forecast requirements and align production planning.
Maintain and update project trackers, including release dates, milestones, and program information.
Communicate release status and key information to the internal teams.
Coordinate with OEM and internal cross-functional teams to collect and validate all required documentation for release completion.
Proactively escalate release issues or risks to management when required to avoid schedule impact.
Monitor and track the status of releases through all stages until completion.
Manage ECR (Engineering Change Request) activities, including TSM value confirmation and coordination with Sales for approval through plant introduction.
Track production builds and documentation until PSW (Production Submission Warrant) completion.
Prepare and submit invoice reports and follow up to obtain approval.
QualificationsAny Graduation with 2-5 years of experience
