Job Description:

Senior Process Associate - French

Main Accountabilities:

Assess the documentation received for a claim in order to reach a decisionDetermine how the contract applies to each claimCommunicate clearly and proactively with clients, advisors and various professionals and effectively manage their expectationsMaintain established service standardsEvaluate opportunities for process improvements and actively participate in team initiatives and projectsAct as a technical expert for clients, claims adjudicators, risk management and underwritersIdentifying complaints, acting upon them and resolving them in line with problem resolution guidelines

Core Competencies:

Minimum 3 years in life claims adjudicationExperience handling claims related to Health and DentalIn depth insurance technical knowledgeConfident and influential communicator in French and English with the ability to negotiate at all levelsExcellent French written and verbal communication skills with an ability to handle written inquiries of a sensitive natureStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAttention to detailTeam player with a positive attitude and commitment to provide quality serviceThe ability to build and manage cooperative and productive relationshipsSolid PC skills with knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel

Requirements:

College diploma/university degree/CEGEP degree or relevant experienceFluent in both French and EnglishIn pursuit of LOMA, HIAA and ICA courses.
