Would like to see resumes with the Required and some of the Preferred skills highlighted. **Senior Process Analyst** **~ 12 month Initial contract** **100% REMOTE** **Candidates must be willing to work ET hours. Expected to work within core business hours and must not exceed 40 hours/we** ek. Developing, coordinating, facilitating and implementing moderately complex processes and/or process improvements. They will analyze business, services, and/or platforms in order to make improvements to moderately complex processes within assigned best practices. Along with this it will encompass automation opportunities through reporting or leaning out a process. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: • Facilitation of process meetings • Recommends changes for continuous process improvements • Conducts research of potential process improvements and analyzes data to develop and make recommendations for process solutions • Coordinates the implementation and maintenance of processes and toolsets • Conducts post-implementation reviews and utilizes metrics to determine success of new or enhanced processes. • Will help to facilitate resource planning while projects are in early planning phase • Develop automated reporting, standard reporting • Provide weekly updates on progress for assigned work Required Skills: • Strong Excel level • Process improvement experience • Power BI or Tableau reporting • Process flow design/implementation • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Verbal and written communication skills • PowerPoint presentations Preferred Skills: • Change management skills • BlueWorks Live for process mapping • AgilePlace (Planview) Regards, Richard Pereira richard.pereira@experis.com ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
