About the role
We are seeking a Senior or Principal level Transport Planner to join our Transport Planning and Advisory team in QLD to work on a range of exciting projects in Brisbane, across Australia and occasionally internationally. You will be responsible for leading transport planning projects that create a lasting positive impact on communities.

Day to day tasks would involve:
Deliver a variety of transport planning projects for all modes that could include transport plans, strategies, feasibility studies, options analysis, and business cases.
Preparation of winning proposals, management of projects, project stakeholders and clients
Preparation of clear and concise reports and presentations for clients and senior leadership.
Undertake research, data analysis and modelling to support evidence-based decision-making.
Mentor junior planners and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
To be successful for this role you'll need:
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Town or Urban Planning or a related discipline
Minimum 6 yrs of previous transport planning experience (preferably in either a consultancy environment or a client organisation)
Ability to engage effectively, be hands-on and driven to deliver
Ability to describe complex transport issues in an easy to understand and presentable manner
Commercial acumen and the ability to deliver on tight timelines across multiple projects
