Senior Principal Systems Engineer III - ESM
**Job Description** Ready to make a difference? BAE Systems is looking for Systems Engineers to work as part of a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate, debug, and test next generation EW systems. Focused on delivering innovative Electronic Warfare (EW) solutions, individual technicalcontributions on a related range of Programs will include system development, requirements development, integration & test, and test planning and execution in a field deployment environment. Responsibilities will include developing new ESM capabilities for application in EW systems and performing systems engineering activities such as developing and managing systems level requirements, developing operational systems concepts to inform system design, developing and evaluation of system designs and architectures, performing system architecture trade studies, developing and evaluation of ESM techniques and algorithms, performing threat analysis, developing performance models, and defining systems level integration and test for highly complex systems to verify and validate aspects of system designs to ensure conformance with functional specifications and customer requirements. This position will require you to be onsite in either Nashua NH or Manchester NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed **on site** . This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. See what you re missing. Come build your career with BAE Systems. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of: + 12 Years with BS + 10 Years with MS + 8 Year with PHD + Possess an Active US Government security clearance (with ability to possess TS) + Leadership skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex programs + Expertise in System Architectures + Expert in effectively documenting, communicating, leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and presentations. + Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test) + Experience developing viable concept solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading technical teams **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering + Project/Program team member responsible for workflow, which is dynamic in nature. + Experience with EW and/or Radar and Missile Systems + Experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management. + Active United States security clearance, Top Secret, SCI Eligible **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
