**Job Description** Join BAE Systems' RF Capability Group and lead the development of cutting-edge microwave hardware! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal II RF/Microwave Engineer to design and implement innovative microwave modules for mission-critical applications. You will leverage your expertise in wideband microwave design including receiver front ends, tuners, up/down converters, and switch matrices throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** 12 years of engineering experience with 10 years specializing in RF, microwave, or millimeter-wave design. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Keysight ADS (preferred) or similar simulation software and experience with 2D or 3D EM modeling. Experience designing tuner modules and/or frequency converters is highly desirable. Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field. Master s degree preferred. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
