As a key player in our MBE CG, you'll be responsible for championing the implementation of Agile-MBSE best practices, empowering programs across the ES Sector with the latest MBSE training and providing technical guidance on model development and process implementation. If you have a strong passion for MBSE and a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Active Top Secret Security Clearance + Bachelor's Degree in STEM field and 8 years experience in Systems Engineering or Masters Degree in STEM field and 6 years experience in Systems Engineering. + 2 years of experience building models and developing modeling strategies using MBSE methodologies, tools, and best practices + Strong technical skills in MBSE, including: + Experience with MagicDraw/Cameo and associated plug-ins + Proficiency in UML, SysML, and other relevant modeling languages and frameworks + Ability to create specialized searches, and analyze problems through MBSE models + Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements + Ability to contribute to the development of MBSE training materials, best practices, and processes, and guide programs in their total MBSE development activities. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Working knowledge of Cloud technologies and platform services, e.g. AWS, Azure, etc. + Directly built 2-4 full scale models including parametric functions and simulation execution + Experience in Agile software development methodologies and task management tools (e.g. Jira) + Experienced in Modeling, Simulation, Visualization and Analysis (MSVA) + Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML/AI) + Familiar with Government Reference Architectures (GRAs) and Autonomy solutions + Experienced working in all phases of the engineering product development lifecycle + Classroom and on-the-job teaching experience + Training material development + EW Experience **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
