Our mission is to ensure Raytheon products are safe, reliable, sustainable, and regulated. CMDM engages throughout the entire lifecycle of Raytheon products, from conception to decommission, supporting Engineering, program offices, and customers alike. All Information System Owners (ISO) are responsible for prioritizing program work on information systems while managing risks and maintaining compliance with government standards. The Senior Principal Information System Owner role is responsible for a collection of programs within a Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU). Senior Principal ISOs provide expertise to a collection of programs, information systems, and the respective supporting ISOs. Senior Principal ISOs coordinate with Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, and Test Equipment Support teams to provide information system strategy across the portfolio of programs. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Information System Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project/program management, a technical background, and extensive experience working in classified environments. This role involves high-level risk management, project sponsorship, and active leadership in setting and achieving SSBU and functional team goals. Additionally, as Financial Lead you will oversee all matters related to budgets, finances, proposals, etc. for the Information System Owner team. **What you will Do** + Conduct intensive financial analysis and resolution efforts for various programs and information systems. + Target and alleviate financial challenges faced by teams supporting information systems (Cybersecurity, Digital Technologies, TESA, Information System Owner) in coordination with respective functions and the program management office. + Identify and resolve financial issues to ensure stability and efficiency. + Manage and oversee a team of Information System Owners supporting programs within one, or more, Sub-Strategic Business Units (SSBU). + Provide subject matter expertise across programs and information systems within the SSBU/portfolio. + Engage with program information system owners and program management teams concerning network growth and strategic needs. + Maintain ownership over large scale, complex information system including, but not limited to, Enterprise and Government WAN circuits, High Performance Computing grids, NetApp file systems solutions, Production and Manufacturing Test Equipment, Software Development Areas, Hardware Labs, Factories, etc. **What You Will Learn** + Handle risk acceptance and program ownership for all Cybersecurity documentation on the information system, for example, Software Change Requests, Hardware Change Requests, Information System Backup Agreement, Information System Contingency Plan, Privileged User Permission Records, etc. + Independently manage and utilize program budget and control accounts for projects and information system support team staffing levels. + Mentor and provide direction to the portfolio IS support teams, serve as the knowledge base and subject matter expert (SME) for the SSBU. Act as a functional leader to other department information system owners. + Set and drive program, IS, and team goals. + Communicate directly with customers, vendors, and program partners, owning deliverables and serving as the voice of the portfolio/program for classified environment with the customer. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. + Minimum of 10 years of related experience in Information System Management, or Cybersecurity, or Digital Technology, Program management, Control Account Management, etc. + Experience with information systems, or network architecture, and/or cyber security principles. + Security clearance – DoD Clearance: Secret **Qualifications We Prefer** + Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. + Strong relationships with IS Support team functions – Digital Technology, Cybersecurity, Test Equipment System Admins, Engineering teams, Program Management Offices, etc. + Proven leadership abilities, including setting goals, creating solutions, and directing teams – prior leadership or managerial experience within IT or Cybersecurity fields + RTX PM Certification Level 5 or above, or equivalent + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and program partners. + Thoroughly organized and able to drive team results + Demonstrated success in project sponsorship and ownership delegation. **What We Offer** + Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
