We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer specializing in Master Data Management and Enterprise Platforms to drive technical excellence, innovation, and seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. This role demands deep technical expertise in Master Data Management (Reltio), CLOUD-driven architectures, Cloud-based platforms (Azure, Databricks), API integrations, while partnering with Product Management, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Reltio Master Data Management Define and implement MDM [Master Data Management & Reference Data Management] Product Strategy, aligning to Data Strategy and Data Governance Strategy. Design and implement Roadmap for MDM tools & technology. Design and implement end to end MDM processes & workflows. Integrate MDM Solutions with other Data Governance areas like Data Catalog, Metadata Management and Data Quality. Work actively with Business, Technology and Data & AI Product teams to identify MDM opportunities. Work actively with the business stakeholders on Customer , Product and Patient Master data domains. Be a key influencer in MDM ecosystem across business areas. Influence MDM strategy for a program/project; explores design options to assess efficiency and impact, develop approaches to improve robustness and rigor Be a key contributor to the planning and direction of a project and effectively prioritize goals Be a key participant in the Data Integrity programs Lead discussions at executive and senior leadership level and use quantitative skills to positively influence decision making Effectively explain technical concepts at all levels in the organization, including senior and executive managers/stakeholders Promote Data Culture and Data Literacy 2. Application Ownership & Technical Excellence Own the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of Reltio MDM domains, data, and integration platforms. Serve as a technical design authority, ensuring best practices in Master data Management concepts, scalability, security, and CLOUD governance from Integrations perspective. Implement and enforce ITMS (IT Management System) controls, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. 3. Delivery Oversight & Vendor Management Oversee end-to-end project execution, working with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions. Manage vendor-led scrum teams and enforce best practices in software development, coding standards, and security policies. Define and drive the adoption of FinOps, CloudOps, and Governance models for CLOUD and cloud-based platforms. 4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive next-generation innovation projects, integration related MDM and CLOUD-driven automation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical mentorship within the engineering team. Required Qualifications 10+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Master data management, and enterprise platforms. Overall 16+ years of experience. Strong hands-on experience with MDM Platforms, like Reltio MDM or Informatica MDM or IBM MDM or SAP MDG. Deep knowledge of any of the following industry & it’s business processes: Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical or Health Care. Experience in designing scalable APIs, cloud-based microservices, and integration platforms. Strong knowledge of security, ITMS controls, and compliance frameworks (GxP, FDA, EMA). Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor governance skills. Preferred Qualifications Master Data Management Certifications (Reltio MDM / IBM MDM / Informatica MDM) Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries.
