We are seeking a talented individual to join our MMC Corporate team at AMSI. This role will be based in Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
Works closely with the Business Analysts and developers to understand the business requirements by reviewing the business requirements documentation, functional specifications and use casesLead in design and development of application modules to satisfy business requirementsEnsure the documentations prepared for technical design documents, including technical specifications, migration instructions, migrations tickets, unit test scripts and results, etc. according to established industry standards and templatesProvides and maintains source code in accordance with agreed upon standardsEnsure proper testing for all the integrated applications are completed along with evidence of test plans and test results.Provides support for Quality Assurance and Regression test cycles.Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to AES/DBA teams to make sure the application is deployed properly.Provide production supportParticipate in product development process, including designing, building, and testing.Develop and maintain professional relationships with all online business teams and provide support wherever required.Communicate & coordinate with stakeholders at offshore and onshoreParticipates in improvising the processes and assigned applications/projectsStay up to date with industry standard best practices/techniques related to Application developmentBe able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate off-hours meetings or deploymentsUtilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to help improve business processes and system performanceManage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environmentWhat you need to have:
Overall 8+ years of experience development experience with 2+ years of lead experienceHands on experience on MEAN / MEAN stack, Python, Web Services, API Development, GitHub, SCM ToolsExperience with one or more of these – RMB Java, J2EE (preferred), Spring frameworkHands on and good technical and functional knowledge of Oracle technologies and applications, Oracle Utility application framework(OUAF), with preferable experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) applicationPossess technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell ScriptingDemonstrated ability to work with distributed teams across multiple time-zonesAbility to clearly describe end-to-end business processes and the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes within an organization, and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teamsMust be highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills, outstanding analytic skills and polished facilitation skills, stakeholder management.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleaguesGood communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgencyIdeal candidate will have at a minimum bachelor's in computer science degree,Very strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with application owners and cross functional teams across the company.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.Have a “think out of the box” mentality and challenge the status quo.
