The annual base salary for this position ranges from $154,300.00 in our lowest geographic market to $325,600.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work alongside the Global Compensation and Consulting team and report directly to the Senior Director, Executive Compensation. To ensure executive compensation programs are coordinated and communicated effectively, you will partner with teammates across the Total Rewards, Corporate Governance, and Finance organizations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7-10 years of increasing responsibility in Total Rewards, inclusive of 3-5 years in executive compensationPreferred: MBA and/or certification(s) in the field of executive compensationWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
This role is responsible for synthesizing market insights, industry trends, and shareholder feedback in a concise and compelling way to influence executive compensation design and pay practices. In addition to ensuring NIKE has sound governance practices in place to maintain compliance for executive compensation programs and practices, you will lead analyses and develop recommendations with respect to pay and incentive plan design in partnership with the Global Compensation Team. Ultimately, you will be responsible for elements of NIKE’s proxy that tell our story to investors. You will:
